Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of people to influence and guide followers or members of an organization, society, or team.

Not all famous politicians are necessarily leaders, As many famous politicians do not possess all the essential qualities of a leader. A leader is one who sets an example before his followers.

Several attributes separate good leadership from outstanding leadership, including the following:

  • Strong, realistic visions.
  • Determination, knowledge, Honesty, patience, passion
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Strategic and visionary decision-making.
  • Persuade, motivate, empower and inspire.

There are three kinds of well-known leaderships.

1.    Authoritarian Leadership

2.    Democratic Leadership

3.    Laissez-faire leadership
